  Beautiful, reverent traditional Masses at this Roman Catholic church which is part of the Anglican Ordinariate. The sermons are always edifying, and reflect the truth and light of the gospel. The church also has an award-winning school, which is one of the top Catholic schools in the country, offering an exceptional education.

  As a former parishioner, I enjoyed the beautiful liturgy but over time I noticed that there was a disturbing trend among some of the parishioners in that any concerns or criticisms of Fr. Phillips were swiftly condemned. Any concerns about the church's operations or concerns regarding certain personnel were swiftly discounted, and my own status as a Catholic was called into question. I love being Catholic, but this particular parish has an unhealthy, almost cultish devotion to Fr. Phillips and I often heard disparaging remarks about other parishes in San Antonio and comments that anyone who didn't attend OLOA wasn't a true Catholic. That is not Christian behavior, nor what we are called to be as Catholics. I hope that the new pastor will address these issues.

  Most reverent Mass I've been to. Haven't noticed any ritualistic flaws now commonplace on many/most parishes. Keep it up, and great Latin Mass!
