  Google wants me to describe my experience and I think the best way is saying it feels like home. I walk in and I feel welcomed, maybe because multiple people greet me and want to start conversations. Luminous is not a church I felt lost in but engaged which was very refreshing. I am a father of four boys so watching all these young adults include my kids is awesome. We are happy to call you are home church!!

  Luminous Church knows that living in the 7th largest city in the United States with nearly 2 million people can be overwhelming at times, and even difficult to connect with people that understand you. From the moment you walk in the doors you will feel welcome here– it's amazing to find such a diverse group of everyday people that are committed to going through life together while giving purpose and meaning to the lives of others.... Luminous Church is determined to see Jesus Clearly!

  This is by far one of the most fun-loving churches I've even been to. Rather you're new to the San Antonio area, you're here just for school, you've been here a while or you're just simply passing through, this church has something for people coming from all different walks of life. There's even a children's ministry for the kids.
  
  As if going to the movies isn't fun enough, this church meets in a movie theater every week. How cool is that?! The worship is great!...There's great coffee along with all kinds of treats and baked goods so you're not walking in trying to worship God while starving lol
  
  If you're like me then you've been to churches where it just seems a tad bit impersonal and there's a faint sense of aloofness. Well that's definitely not the case here! I love how they make everyone who enters feel right at home; very warming feel. Moreover, the pastor of the church preaches the message, then after church you see him out talking to people. Super humble guy!
  
  My entire experience here has been amazing. Luminous church is awesome. I definitely recommend you check it out!
