Don't let the 5 stars fool you.
These people are cold, and callus.
    The don't understand the process.
My doctor was furious how badly they talked to him.
They were nice to me but when the door is closed, they are jerks to the medical professionals that have to the paper work and CORRECT their mistakes!

  • Folks at HFH truly helped me through the most diffucut time of my life. My final goodby to my beloved mother who have joined her parished family last year. Though, never easy to say goodby, Amy and rest of the family extended their professionalism to their work and for the most part all their sincerity of their dedication in times of my need.
    heart felt thanks

  • I would never want to nor have to go through this experience again or anytime soon but if i had to, i would go back here. They went above and beyond to help me bury my grandmother. Expressed compassion and guided me through this heart break! The owners quickly picked my grandmother up from another funeral home because they wanted a ridiculous amount of money. And without any hesitation they waived pick up fee to just give me some kind of peace. They go through this process everyday but not once made me feel as if i was just another sevice. 1 last thing, having the entire funeral home to ourselves was very warming. Other places you have to share the place with other grieving families.
If any of the staff is reading this..... from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

  • The ladies at Hillcrest Funeral Home were very compassionate and understanding. They made things run very smooth for my sister's loss (her husband Eddie). She was very satisfied with how everything ran so smooth with only one day planning. She had the memorial of her husband the next day. We enjoyed the hospitality here. Please continue with the excellent service. Leticia (Lisa) Hernandez & Family (Miss you Eddie)

  • Funeral planning is always unpleasant. Recently our family suffered the loss of my Aunt Eva DeLaZerda. The staff at Hillcrest made the whole process simple. I was impressed with their professionalism and would definately recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services.
