  This past weekend, I had the privilege of attending the funeral of my dear friends mothers funeral, Josie Guajardo. During the wake, the Pastor spoke about himself and very little about my dear friends mother. The following day at the service before the internment, my dear friend wanted to say a few words about her mother in addition to thanking everyone for coming to honor her mother. When asked. The Pastor flatly refused to allow her a few moments of time and threatened to call the police if she tried. I have never seen anything like this done in a house of worship. He was blatantly rude and when she did get up to say a few words, her husband was forced out of the church and the Pastor called SAPD. I do not know under whose direction he was doing this for but it was highly inappropriate. A Pastor should remain neutral and sow unity but instead he sowed more division into a very delicate family situation. Tensions were high and instead of attempting to diffuse the situation, he made it worse. I am extremely disappointed at the fact that my dear friend had to endure this tragic event with a very uncaring Pastor. If this was my church, I would be embarrassed at the way this Pastor handled this situation. I have never seen anyone act this way in a house of worship. I firmly intend to take this to a much higher authority and possibly the media in order to have some assemblence of order in this church.
  I sincerely hope that this matter is resolved and I expect a full apology from the Pastor for this horrific behavior in front of the congregation.

  I really like the worship there. It is just an amazing experience. Pastor Edward is a great preacher.

  My son started going to the church because of friends now he says he goes because of God. He wants to get baptized
