  I have marked every major milestone in my life with Christ Lutheran Church, and I continue to be blessed by the relationships I formed there. Within the last year we celebrated the birth of our son, and mourned the passing of my grandfather. Each of these occasions was honored with members of this wonderful congregation by my side as friends, supporters and extended family. That is the gift of Christ Lutheran, the longevity of the relationships formed with Christ as the foundation, and this community as the home.

  We spent last summer searching for a church, after visiting Christ Lutheran, we stopped searching. The youth program is a good one. My high schooler enjoys the discussions and feels comfortable with his group. My husband and I feel like there is always an activity to join should we choose to... suppers, book groups, mens groups, quilting groups ... this list goes on and on. I think one of the more popular outreach groups is the small group suppers. The adult bible studies are always engaging and informative. Pastor Leslie is great... we enjoy hearing her messages. As a family w/ 3 kids, a strong youth group is a must. Christ Lutheran offers many programs for the kids and all the teachers are very positive w/ the kids.

  Feels like home.......This church is amazing and a wonderful place to call home. The congregation at Christ Lutheran is welcoming and friendly. I love Pastor Leslie's messages. She comes from the heart and connects with us. Our family is so happy to call Christ Lutheran home.

  The congregation and pastors are very warm and inviting. Most could recognize that I'm new to the church and go out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure I feel welcome. One of the Sundays I was there, the people on both sides of me in the pew were very interested to get to know me and from where I came -- you will find true southern hospitality at this church.

  When we moved here in 2001, we visited several churches. By far, this was the friendliest and most welcoming to non members. That warm welcoming feeling has remained over the years. There are lots of opportunities to get involved. And the church is always doing something.
